Our Story

Managing waste in a 21-floor building isn’t easy—especially when a chute is blocked or out of service. That’s why property owners trust CityChutes for reliable, custom maintenance and support solutions.

We recently provided a comprehensive garbage chute maintenance and upgrade service at a mixed-use property in Broadway, Sydney. The project included:

  • Site evaluation and assessment (2 days)

  • System preparation and cleaning (1 week)

Our two-person team worked 8–10 hours a day to ensure minimal disruption. During the service period, tenants had to manually take rubbish to bins—highlighting the importance of a fully functional chute system.
